Director of Fertility Coaching, Lead Fertility Coach
As a certified nurse in reproductive medicine and infertility, and a certified life coach focusing on well-being, I’m honored to have been able to educate, support, and navigate thousands of aspiring parents’ journeys for 30 years. The stories and experiences shared of unmet needs inspire me to create a proactive coaching methodology. That methodology guides people on the path to parenthood to be their best self by learning how to live “in fertility” instead of living their “infertility” diagnosis when trying to conceive and grow families.

I am no stranger to fertility struggles. I have experienced firsthand the rollercoaster journey of trying to conceive, and that has led me to my journey as a fertility coach. Through my personal experience, I have gained invaluable insights into the emotional, physical, and psychological impacts that come with fertility issues. I understand how important it is to have the right support to help you along the way, and I have dedicated the last 7 years of my professional nursing career to providing that same support to others during their fertility journeys. My goal is to empower individuals and couples, both English- and Spanish-speaking, by providing the necessary tools and knowledge to navigate through the complex world of infertility.

I am an experienced fertility nurse with a deep understanding that for many aspiring parents, the path to parenthood can be isolating, confusing, frustrating…and the list goes on. I aim to make that path a little less daunting, by providing a nonjudgmental ear, pertinent knowledge, and helpful resources. With a passion for providing support at every opportunity, my goal is to ultimately help ensure that you are not only comfortable in your fertility journey, but have a confident and active role throughout. As a champion for mental wellness, bodily autonomy, health equity, and a person’s right to define themselves, and define their family, I am happy to be there for you every step of the way.
